Our state-of-the-art facility operates with a production capacity of 250 MT/day of refined wheat flour, with scope to expand by 100 MT/day, ensuring continuous scalability to meet rising market demand.
All incoming wheat is carefully received and undergoes strict quality checks. Each batch is tested for purity, moisture, grain size, and contaminants to ensure only the finest raw material enters the process.
The wheat passes through pre-cleaning systems to remove dust, stones, and impurities. Cleaned grains are then stored in advanced silos, ensuring safe, hygienic, and controlled storage conditions.
Grains undergo multi-stage cleaning using modern equipment to remove micro-impurities. They are then conditioned with precise moisture control to prepare them for smooth and efficient milling.
Conditioned wheat is processed through automated milling machinery.The final product is then hygienically packed using high-speed automated packaging lines.
Each batch of finished product undergoes rigorous laboratory testing to ensure consistent quality, texture, nutrition, and safety. Only products that meet strict standards are approved for dispatch.
Flour are packed in bulk and retail packs to serve bakeries, manufacturers, traders, and consumers. Packaging ensures freshness, durability, and maximum shelf life.

We follow strict QC procedures at every stage — from raw material testing to milling and final packaging. All products undergo rigorous lab testing before dispatch.
We use India's first 200 MT steel-structure milling plant from Pingle Group, along with world-class Bühler machinery for precision cleaning and processing.
